Katee began playing tennis at the age of 10 and quickly demonstrated a natural talent for the sport. Her rapid progress propelled her to the top of her junior career, earning her the opportunity to represent the Cook Islands in tournaments across the Pacific, including New Zealand and Australia. She was selected to compete in the Pacific Games, the Nations Cup, and most recently, the Cook Islands Games, where she claimed the singles title.
A powerful and dynamic player, Katee combines aggressive baseline play with a strong net game, making her a well-rounded competitor. She possesses a powerful serve, solid groundstrokes, and a versatile shot selection. Her greatest strengths lie in her adaptability, coachability, and relentless work ethic.
